See which libraries teams adopt, and what breaks.
teleon.dev/docs/packages tracks adoption of open-source libraries across crates, PyPI, npm and Docker images, and flags breaking changes as releases publish. Each record carries its source, license and read time.
Two of the four rising libraries shipped breaking changes; watches on their purls see the removed functions and the versions affected.
What it does
Adoption across registries
Downloads, dependents and image pulls for crates, PyPI projects, npm modules and Docker images, week by week.
Breaking-change radar
Major releases, removed functions and changed signatures are flagged as they publish, with the versions affected.
One name per library
Each library and version gets one purl, so a watch follows it across registries.
The contract
Every record carries its source, license and read time, and agents follow a library by cursor or with a keyed watch on its purl.

Listed paths appear in the service’s published files today. This surface comes from the Teleon Omnibus Codex v1.0 to v50.0, Oct 25, 2026. In the one-host plan every path here is served under api.teleon.dev/v1/packages.
For agents
Give your agent the read-only guide first. It reports back before any write.
Words on this page
- Breaking change
- A release that changes a library's public interface, so code written for the earlier version needs edits.
- purl
- A standard ID for a library and its version that reads the same across registries, such as pkg:pypi/name@1.0.
- Cursor
- A position in a feed's change log. Reading since a cursor returns everything newer, in order.
- Keyed watch
- A standing request made with an API key that names what to follow and delivers each matching change.
