LSH: Locality-sensitive hashing: near-duplicate items land in the same bucket, so similar things are found fast.
SWHID: Software Heritage identifier: a permanent ID made from a file's hash, such as swh:1:cnt: followed by 40 hex digits.
SimHash: A short fingerprint of a document where similar documents get similar fingerprints.
