Run departments toward the targets you set.

teleon.dev/docs/botfabric automates whole departments toward north-star KPI setpoints, steered by a setpoint homeostat and a four-level autonomy dial. Teleon runs its own organization the same way, on Plane 0.

The homeostat added triage tasks while the gap was wide and eased off as first-reply time reached its setpoint of 30 minutes.

What it does

Targets set the work

Each department names its north-star KPIs, and a task-to-KPI Jacobian estimates how much each task moves each number.

A homeostat holds them

A MIMO PID and MPC controller compares every KPI with its setpoint and adjusts the work to close the gap.

Dialed autonomy, paired tests

A four-level dial per KPI sets how much runs on its own, and every result passes paired deterministic and probabilistic tests.

The contract

A setpoint row names the organization, the KPI, its target and current value, the three controller gains and the autonomy level.

Full glossary
Setpoint
The target value a controller steers a measure toward. BotFabric keeps one per KPI, with the current reading beside it.
PID controller
A feedback controller that sets its next move from the current gap, the gap's running total and its rate of change, each weighted by a gain.
Autonomy dial
A setting from level 1 to level 4 that decides how much of a department's work runs on its own.
