Track new materials, proteins and lab protocols.
teleon.dev/docs/wetlab follows the Materials Project, the Protein Data Bank and benchmarks of robotic lab protocols, and records each new entry and revision. Each record carries its source, license and read time.
| Source | ID | Record | License |
|---|---|---|---|
| Materials Project | mp-149 | silicon, diamond cubic | CC BY 4.0 |
| Protein Data Bank | 4HHB | human deoxyhemoglobin | CC0 1.0 |
| Protocol benchmark | run_2207 | 96-well PCR setup | MIT |
Each source keeps its own license on the record: Materials Project data is CC BY 4.0 and the PDB archive is CC0.
What it does
Materials Project
Computed structures and properties for inorganic materials, keyed by their mp IDs.
Protein Data Bank
New and revised structures arrive each week with their four-character PDB IDs and method.
Protocol benchmarks
Robotic protocols are scored on the same benchmark runs, so labs compare them step by step.
The contract
Every record carries its source, license and read time, and agents follow an entry by cursor or with a keyed watch on an ID or protocol.

Endpoints
| Method | Path | Access | What it does | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
GET | /v1/wetlab/records | RING-3 | List records by source, kind and release week | |
GET | /v1/wetlab/records/{id} | RING-3 | Read one record with its source, license and read time | |
GET | /v1/wetlab/changes?since={cursor} | RING-3 | Read every change since a cursor, in order | |
POST | /v1/wetlab/watches | RING-2 | Watch a material, a structure or a protocol with a key |
Listed paths appear in the service’s published files today. This surface comes from the Teleon Omnibus Codex v1.0 to v50.0, Oct 25, 2026. In the one-host plan every path here is served under api.teleon.dev/v1/wetlab.
For agents
Give your agent the read-only guide first. It reports back before any write.
Words on this page
- PDB ID
- The four-character code for an entry in the Protein Data Bank, such as 4HHB for human deoxyhemoglobin.
- mp ID
- The Materials Project's ID for a computed material, such as mp-149 for silicon.
- Cursor
- A position in a feed's change log. Reading since a cursor returns everything newer, in order.
- Read time
- When Teleon fetched a record from its source. It sits beside the source's own dates, so readers can judge how fresh each record is.
