One portable folder readies any agent harness.

teleon.dev/docs/kits builds portable working-directory kits: AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md and llms.txt for any harness, one of 12 loop archetypes with PID, CUSUM and SPRT feedback controllers, and a ReproZip bundle that replays the run.

The three instruction files sit beside a ReproZip bundle, so the same loop runs and replays on any machine.

What it does

Files every harness reads

AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md and llms.txt carry the kit's instructions in the forms harnesses look for.

Loops with feedback

Each kit runs one of 12 loop archetypes, steered by PID, CUSUM or SPRT controllers.

Replays anywhere

A ReproZip bundle captures the files and environment a run used, so it replays on another machine.

The contract

A kit manifest names its files, its loop archetype, its controllers and the ReproZip bundle that replays it.

Full glossary
ReproZip
A tool that traces a program's run and bundles the files, libraries and settings it used, so the run replays elsewhere.
CUSUM
Cumulative sum control: adds up small deviations from a target, so a slow, steady shift is caught early.
SPRT
Sequential probability ratio test: weighs the evidence after each observation and stops as soon as the answer is clear.
