Filings and insider trades, as they publish.
teleon.dev/docs/edgar reads SEC EDGAR as filings publish: Form 4 insider trades, 13F holdings and XBRL financial statements, with each footnote compared against the prior filing.
| Filed | Form | Filer | What changed |
|---|---|---|---|
| 16:02 | 4 | Meridian Holdings Ltd | Director buys 12,000 shares |
| 17:30 | 13F | Meridian Capital LP | Adds two positions |
| 20:15 | 10-Q | Meridian Robotics Inc | Footnote changed |
Each filing arrives with what changed in it. The XBRL diff marked a rewritten inventory footnote in the 10-Q.
What it does
Insider and fund moves
Form 4 trades and 13F holdings arrive as structured records, with each filer resolved to its company.
Footnote diffs
Each XBRL footnote is compared with the same footnote in the prior filing, and changed text is marked.
Filed and read times
Each filing carries its accession number, its filed time and the time Teleon read it.
The contract
A filing record carries its accession number, form, filer and parsed changes, with its SEC EDGAR source, license and read time.

Words on this page
- Form 4
- The SEC filing in which a company insider, such as an officer, director or large holder, reports a trade in the company's shares.
- 13F
- The quarterly SEC report in which large institutional investment managers list their holdings of US-listed securities.
- XBRL
- eXtensible Business Reporting Language: the tagged format of financial statements filed with the SEC, so each figure and footnote compares across filings.
- Change cursor
- A position in a feed's change stream. A reader sends the last cursor it saw and gets every change after it, in order.
